The fare includes access to all interior and exterior areas of the ship, as well as the airplane seats. Changes to the date or name after the ticket is issued are subject to:

  • €25,00 charge per journey for Adults.
  • €10,00 charge per journey for Child (4 – 12 years old).
  • €0,00 charge per journey for Child (0 – 3 years old).


Tickets for passengers without a vehicle can be issued up to 3 days before departure. After this period, issuing new tickets will not be possible.

Each minor must be accompanied by an adult who is their legal guardian. The legal guardian must provide certification from the authorities, verified by certified employees, confirming that the parents acknowledge them as the legal guardian.

In case of cancelation, fare is not refundable. Refundable are only port taxes.

The second-class cabins are either interior or exterior with a window. The exterior cabins have limited availability, and to reserve one, please contact the associated travel agency. There is no additional charge for selecting an exterior cabin.

Fares for Accompanied Vehicles Notes:

Vehicles cannot travel unaccompanied. Corporate or commercial vehicles (vans) are not permitted.

A license plate change for vehicles, motorhomes, and motorcycles after ticket issuance incurs a fee of €25.00 per journey, and for motorcycles €10.00 per journey.

Tickets for vehicles, motorcycles, and motorhomes must be issued up to 7 days before departure. Within 7 days of departure, ticket sales close. The customs clearance fee is paid at the time of booking (included in port taxes).

  • For electric vehicles, battery charge must not exceed 40% of capacity.
  • For LPG or natural gas vehicles, the fuel tank must not contain more than 50% of its capacity.


In case of cancelation, fare is not refundable. Refundable are only port taxes.

Pet Fares (Dogs & Cats Only) Notes:

Pets are not allowed to travel unaccompanied. They can either be in a specially designed cage onboard or in the cabin with the passenger. For their transport, the booking of a cabin is required, as they cannot travel with a standard ticket.

Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle during the journey.

In shared spaces, pets must be in a designated transport cage and accompanied by the passenger, or on a leash and muzzle.

Pets must pass through the terminal for security measures.
